Greenfield man to serve one year, pay restitution following hit and run
Vladimir Sinigur of Greenfield was sentenced on Tuesday in Franklin County Superior Court after pleading guilty to two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon after a 2024 hit and run incident involving two women.
