SUNDERLAND, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Rescue crews were dispatched to a Sunderland farm early Thursday afternoon after a tractor rolled over onto a worker.
The incident occurred at around 12:40 in the fields across from Russell Street and Plumtree Road, according to Sunderland Police.
The injured worker was extricated from under the tractor and transported by ambulance to a waiting LifeStar helicopter. There has been no word on the worker’s condition.
Sunderland Fire, South County EMS, South Deerfield Fire, Deerfield Police, and Mass State Police all responded to the scene.
