GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The Greenfield Community and Economic Development Department have published a Request for Proposals, RFP, for the development of the First National Bank Building on Bank Row.
Potential uses for the building include retail, dining, offices, a makerspace, and more.
Since the previous RFP that was published in 2022, the city has seen more development projects including the former Wilson’s building on Main Street that may draw in more potential buyers.
