MONTAGUE, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The Board of Health in Montague is reaching out to the community to talk about mental health.
They’re bringing in the Chair of the Massachusetts Division of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Karen Carreira, for a community conversation on Mental Health and Suicide. The talk will center around understanding the myths and fears related to suicide and mental health at large.
The talk will be held on Saturday, October 4th from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Turners Falls branch of Greenfield Savings Bank.
