WORCESTER, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Yesterday, the Cannabis Control Commission approved regulations for social consumption of cannabis in a unanimous four to zero vote.
There are three new license types, Supplemental, Hospitality, and Event Organizer, that will be available beginning in January 2026.
This will make Massachusetts the first state in New England to legalize social consumption of marijuana.
