HAWLEY, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Will Cosby will once again be a Selectman in Hawley for the next three years. Hawley residents voted in a new moderator, Julie Carantit, who will begin today. The town holds its Annual Town Meeting this evening at 7 p.m. to vote on the operating and capitol budgets, as well as extra funding for the snow-roads account and a replacement heater in the Fire Station.
