GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The Greenfield City Council met Wednesday evening to vote on the upcoming Local Election warrant.
In the November 4th election, residents will be voting on seven City Council seats, four School Committee positions, and nine other city office positions.
At this election residents will also have their chance to make their voice heard on the City Council vote, which authorized the Mayor to sell the Hope Street lot. For this ballot question, a “no” vote would support the City Council’s July vote to authorize the sale of the lot and a “yes” vote would rescind the City Council’s decision.
