Gawd! Not another history date to remember….

I bet you can tell me who Snooki is. BUT, I bet ou can’t tell me the date of the birth of the United States of America. WRONG! It wasn’t July 4th 1776. That is the day we celebrate our declaring of independence from the Empire of Great Britain. The birth of the United States of America was June 21, 1788. That was the day that New Hampshire (why is Connecticut called The Constitution State?) became the 9th, and deciding state to ratify the U.S, Constitution. The next year, George Washington was declared the first President of the new United States of America (Happy Birthday, belated from the June 21st. Cue the sparklers.)
