Powerful Tools for Caregivers is an educational series designed to provide caregivers with the tools needed to care for themselves. This program helps family caregivers reduce stress, improve self-confidence, communicate feelings better, balance their lives, increase their ability to make difficult decisions and locate helpful resources. Classes consist of six sessions held once a week and led by two experienced class leaders, Sue Pratt and Tricia Zoly. Classes are free thanks to support from a Title III grant provided by Franklin County Home Care and the Executive Office of Elder Affairs.
